BEEF WELLINGTON COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre heat oven at 425C

2. Place the parchment paper on the baking tray.

3. Beat the egg, brush on to the wellington. Using a fork poke the wellington on the top, middle, and the bottom for the steam to come out perfectly.

4. Sprinkle salt on top.

5. Bake for 25 minutes, check the temperature, Until it reaches 33C and the pastry is golden brown.

6. If the temperature is still lower, put back in the oven for 6 min

7. When the Wellington reaches 33C , take out. Rest for half an hour. Serve.

8. If in any case the oven doesn’t reach 425C on the setting. Cooking time may vary.

 

If cooking at 350C, Bake for 45mins until the wellington reaches its golden brown color. If the temperature is still lower than 33c, turn the wellington and put it back in the oven for another 10-15mins depending on the oven used.

 

PRE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre heat oven at 350C

2. Put the Wellington in the Baking Tray

3. Put the Tray with the Wellington in the oven for 10 minutes or until the pastry gets crusty. 4. Rest for 6 minutes, Serve.
